The biggest surprise was the Toyota Hyryder, which nearly doubled its sales year-on-year. The Mahindra XUV700 also posted an impressive 28% growth, while the Kia Seltos and Grand Vitara saw noticeable declines.

Grand Vitara saw the steepest fall, down 47% YoY. Volkswagen Taigun and Tata Safari also struggled to hold onto their numbers.
