OnePlus is ready to launch its latest budget-friendly phone — the OnePlus Nord CE 5 — during the Summer Launch Event on July 8, 2025. Along with the Nord CE 5, the brand will also unveil the OnePlus Buds 4 as part of its growing ecosystem.
Let’s take a closer look at what the Nord CE 5 could offer.
Display and Design
Leaks suggest the OnePlus Nord CE 5 will feature a large 6.77-inch flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. The design is expected to remain similar to the CE 4, including the vertical dual camera setup and OnePlus branding, but may come in new color variants for a refreshed look.

Performance and Chipset
Under the hood, the Nord CE 5 is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate processor — the same chipset seen in the Infinix GT 30 Pro and Motorola Edge 60 Pro. This ensures a balance between performance and efficiency in day-to-day use.
Camera Setup
The phone is likely to feature a dual rear camera setup:
- 50MP primary sensor
- 8MP ultra-wide lens
On the front, the device could house a 16MP selfie camera for crisp selfies and video calls.

Battery and Charging
One of the major highlights of the Nord CE 5 could be its massive 7,100mAh battery, a first in the Nord series. The device may support 80W fast charging, offering all-day power with minimal charge time.
Additional Features
The phone may include an IP54 rating, giving it protection from dust and light splashes — but not full water resistance.
Expected Price in India
While OnePlus hasn’t officially confirmed the price, the Nord CE 4 launched at ₹24,999 (8GB + 128GB) and ₹26,999 (8GB + 256GB). Hence, the Nord CE 5 is also expected to launch around ₹25,000, maintaining the same competitive price point.
